I'm Max, the head of programming and fitness advice here at Train With Ell 💪

As a fully qualified trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and multiple certifications, I've had the pleasure of training countless individuals over the past 5+ years. My experience ranges from first-time gym-goers to national and international athletes, including those who have competed in the Olympic Games!

Hi! I'm Ell!

I have always had a passion for health and fitness and have spent the last 4 years of my fitness journey dedicating my time to lifting big ass weights and becoming as strong and healthy as I possibly can. I have been training with Max since 2023 and have loved every second of it.

Whilst I couldn't be in a more happy and healthy relationship with food now, my history saw me being diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa when I was 14 and then relapsing again when I was 19. Working with Max has made such a difference in my approach to health and fitness and I couldn't be more thankful!

I am going to be doing this program alongside you guys and couldn't be more excited to be training with you absolute GUNS of girls, so let's get the party started!

We understand that in todays economy, online coaching can be exxy at times, which is why we designed TWE - a lower cost programming system that means you don't have to give up anything financially to achieve your fitness goals - and that includes a sweet treat after every meal (because honestly, we get it x)

How much does it cost?

$35 per week.

We believe that online programming should be affordable for all and so for just 1 cup of coffee a day, you can get a whole fitness programming! It's girl math 💋

How do I know it's for me?

I mean.. you're already here and checking out this page right? To me, that says everything it needs to - you checked out this page because you are interested in smashing your goals and becoming your best self and I am SO stoked for you. So why not do it with us?

Does it matter if I'm new to lifting?

Nope! The program is designed with options for alternative exercises to suit every experience level. Each exercise also comes with a form video on how to complete it and Max will personally work with you to make sure you nail that technique!

How much do I have to participate?

It's totally up to you. We think you'll have more fun if you complete your profile and contribute to the forums and the group chats, but you can also use the platform as a more straightforward fitness program if you'd like.  

Does my location matter?

Nope! Whether you're in Australia or Antarctica, we don't mind!! This is a fully online programming system so all you need is a mobile device!
